Each program is 12 weeks long.
How long are the workouts?
The at-home workouts are 30 minutes long and the gym workouts are just under an hour long.
If you don't feel like you have that much time to dedicate to your exercise yet, that's okay!
Do as much of the workouts as you can right now.

Do I need specific equipment for the at-home workouts?
